Buffalo State College Campus House Club, Inc. • Election for Board of Directors • 2011 • Article IV Section 3 • “Elections for Elected Directors will be conducted by the Nominating Committee commencing no less than eight weeks prior to the Annual Meeting. Voting may take place via electronic or paper balloting under conditions to be approved by the nominating committee.” • The nominating committee requests that the voting members submit their votes for the Board of Director’s vacancies. The vacancies are effective June 17, 2011. 13. FY 2009-2010 (Campus House Fund only) Much of the extra expense in 09-10 was the result of spending reserve funds built up over several years to make improvements to the facility. Financial Report 2010-2011Dr. Goodman

14. 2010-2011 (through April 30, Campus House fund only) • This year has been positive: • modest austerity measures aimed at reducing expenses • no major improvements in facilities or equipment Rolled Up Balance • We are solvent: • Assets include inventory, cash, and amount still due • Campus House fund only

15. Details In FY 2010-2011, food and beverage costs are about 85% of sales revenue; in FY 2009-2010 this number was 91%. Typically, this number had been around 80% in prior years. Membership Dues were $36,455 in FY 09-10, up 10.4% over the previous year. Membership Dues are only $31,384 through April 30, 2011. The Hospitality Student Program Fund (tips) remains healthy with approximately $22,000 in cash assets. Summary Campus House is a not-for-profit corporation in a good financial position. We are adequately maintaining our membership base and total sales during a difficult economic period while holding the line on our costs.
