How to use Jentschura Meine Base with the bath water? • Jentschura Meine Base and pH of the bathing water should be approx. 8.5. • Bath water temperature should be 36°- 38° C for full bath and 38 °- 41 °C is recommended for foot baths. The ideal bathing time is 45-60 minutes or more than that but it should be minimum 30 minutes and no less than that. • You should add three heaped tablespoon for full bath. One heaped teaspoon is ample for foot, douches and wraps baths.
