Лапароскопическое устранение ГПОД Больная Л. 56лет поступила в ХО1 28.09.10г. В плановом порядке с жалобами на постоянную изжогу, отрыжку, срыгивание съеденной пищей при перемене положения тела, боли за грудиной при приеме пищи в течении длительного времени. Консервативное лечение без положительной динамики. .
ФГДС Дистальный рефлюкс-эзофагит. Фиксированная аксиальная грыжа ПОД больших размеров. • R-скопия: определяется фиксированная аксиальная кардио-фундальная грыжа больших размеров.
