  49. 3.2.1 Project results and IPR Varsayılan: Bütün proje çıktılarının KOBİ’ler tarafından kullanılması. Açık bir şekilde proje çıktılarının KOBİ’ler tarafından kullanılacağının belirtilmesi. Ortaklar tarafından FMH’nın nasıl koruyacağının, paylaşılacağının ve yönetileceğinin belirtilmesi. Proje çıktılarının (sistem, ürün, module, vb.) projenin hangi aşamalarında (İş paketleri) ortaya çıkacağının açıkça belirtilmesi, hangi ortağın o iş paketinden sorumlu olması, sorumlu ortağın hakkı (patent, lisans, telif hakkı, vb.) Projedeki çıktıların daha önceden patenti alınmış mı. Herhangi bir şekilde öngörülemeyen bir çıktı olursa, hakklarının kime ait olacağı. FMH için ayrı bir iş paketinin yazılması öngörülmektedir. Firma avukatlarından bilgi almak şart.
