High Level Goals • Long term goals • Improve quality of Scientific Fairs projects • Increase participation of projects in the National Science Fair. • Standardized the quality of judging in Institutional, Regional and National Science Fairs. • Institutionalize The Science Fair as a Program of COHCIT • Short term goals • Offer new training courses to teachers • Establish a Regional and National SRC. • Obtain government funding for the National Fair through the increasing of the COHCIT budget.

Objectives • Student participation with good projects increases 30% over a three-year period. • Create a guideline for the judge profile to be distributes in all interest Institution nationwide • Obtain government funding for the National Fair trough increasing the COHCIT budget • Create and coordinate teachers training program with the Ministry of Education and the National Institute of Research in Educative Training (INICE) • Establish a Regional and National SRC. • Promote the official decree approval to establish the National Fair as official year activity and its budget.

Intel ISEF Educator Academy Reflections. • Educators Academy was useful to realize what is our scope. • The Nigerian experience show us that is possible to achieve good quality projects. • Jack Franchetti talk, because showed how the media is extremely important to achieve or not our goals. • The affiliation of new science fairs procedure was not really well explained.
