  1. Family FeudReview game (aka Topics of World History, Semester 2 mixed with a 38 year old television show)

  2. Worried about what to study? Broadly speaking, there are 10 topics covered in the exam next week. Today we will utilize the economic principle of “incentives” by using the Family Feud game format to focus our study on the test material of the topics.

  3. “People respond to incentives.” The study of economics can be boiled down to this single sentence. Please listen to this podcast about why Lebron James and Dwyane Wade are wearing ‘planos.’ Incentives

  4. I’ve given you a study guide to help you prepare for your exam. This game will provide you with a positive incentive to focus on certain aspects of the topics. Today, we will complete the final page. But what are you supposed to do next to the phrase “Daily Life in Athens + Sparta”? Let’s start the family feud! Incentives

As We play • Keep your blue study page out. • When a topic gets written on the board, you should jot it down; if I write it, there will be at least one question about it on the exam. • This is a non-competitive Family Feud. At the beginning of the year, I said my number one goal was that all of you made it through this year alive. We won’t ruin that on our last non-exam day. • If you get three strikes, we’ll move on to the next topic. Guess carefully and ask your audience, too!
