  6. WaterSavingRegulators A flow regulator is a component which maintains a constant flow rate independent of line pressure. It automatically compensates for pressure variations between 1 and 10 bar. Magic Technologies Ltd.

  7. How does it work? Magic Technologies flow regulators consist of a high precision o-ring and a very accurate housing. The gap between the core of the housing and the o-ring is the open passage for the water flow. As the pressure increases, the o-ring compresses into the housing reducing the water passage area. When the pressure decreases, the o-ring relaxes and reopens the water passage. This mechanism keeps a constant flow rate regardless of pressure variations. Magic Technologies Ltd.

  18. “Save –a- Flush” Bag • “Save -a- Flush” is a high quality patented bag designed for use in toillete cisterns. • It saves 1 litre of water (by displacement) per flush. • It does this without impairing the proper working of the cistern, harming the plumbing or effecting water quality.   20. Easy Installation Remove lid from cistern. Lower the bag down into the bottom corner of the cistern and hold immersed for a few seconds. Ensure the bag lies towards the front of the cistern. Allow 1 hour for the bag to expand to full capacity. Magic Technologies Ltd.
