LWIA 6 • Regional Innovative Practices • LWIAs 6, 8, 9, 10 – Currently working with Tennessee Board of Regents to establish three “Regional Skills Panels” • Healthcare • Advanced manufacturing • IT • LWIA 6 & 7 – has worked together to recruit students for the “Presidents Stem Camp” at TN Tech University

LWIA 6 • CASE MANAGEMENT • Case Managers make monthly individual • contacts with active caseload • Case notes are entered in participant files • Participant nearing 2 years in activity, must • have written exit plan, with reason for • extension. • Youth contractors prepare exit plans for • participants when they enter the • second program year.
