Who We Are • AITMC works as a top industrial body and signifies the benefits of trade and commerce, interaction with the local and State government on policies and interfaces with international administrations to encourage consensual fiscal issues. • AITMC is embodied as national as well as local platforms and thus can proactively communicate industrial perspectives, interact and debate on matters concerned with public and private associations for better economic development • The 2013-14 - AITMC theme is advancement of the skilled workforces by launching several excellence centresall over India to offer skilled workforces to the industries. With this goal , AITMC plan to extend support in opening of 1 excellence center in every 4 districts across India

Structure of AITMC Scope of Work Obtaining memberships Running of COEs Each State is represented by Conducting campus placements As per the guidelines by Managing Committee Nominated by Patron members from Industry Advisors Academic Advisors Total 51 Patron members all over India The AITMC Management would be nominated by the Patron members every time and Finalized by national executive and associate members by their voting rights .Moreover, National Executive Committee members would be having tenure of two years only.

AITMC has now having a far sighted approach and working towards the development of encouraging environment for businesses in India to compete internationally. • Focused to make global platform for the industrialists of India not only in India but also abroad. • AITMC has taken some steps to include industries to handle the major natural calamities under Disaster Management and conducted various training sessions, certificate program, for global awareness and offers relief and recovery assistance to those who are affected. • AIMTC holds programs to strengthen the base between the corporate word and the NGO and interactive sessions to share the experience of establishing Industry – NGO Partnership. • To strategizing, implementation, and observing of developmental schemes and projects in the North East areas for better technical knowledge and employment generation strategies, with the aims to increase the speed of socio-economic advancement. • AITMC promotes the plantation schemes at the national level to handle the environmental balance.
