Once you have chosen your design we will send over a final gift proposal & contract that includes pricing, payment options, shipping requirements as well as a timeline of your chosen design. (timeline varies upon level of customizations from 1 week up to 3 weeks) STEP 3 We go to work orchestrating your gifts to perfection. Once your gift is packed and ready to ship you will receive a confirmation of shipment with tracking information. PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT GIFT PROPOSAL INTRODUCTION! This is when we get well acquainted and learn all about your Needs. You will be paired with one of our design guru’s to help you get started with designing your gift. We find out what you are looking for in this step such as the occasion and what you would like to see.
