  3. Animals Native Country/Continent: Australia. • Height and Weight: 150 lb and 5-6 feet tall. • Diet :grains,berries,bugs,snakes,frogs / It is an omnivore.

  4. 3 interesting facts: • 1.Newly hatched chicks are active and can leave the nest within a few days. • 2.The neck of the emu is pale blue and shows through it’s sparse feathers. • 3.Emus have a nail on there toes, like a knife, which is used in kicking away predators and other emus.

  5. Fun fact! • 1.The emu is a flightless bird which means it cannot fly. It can run 30 mph.
