How do we use Virtual Heart app? • When exploring Resting, Maximum , and/or Target Heart Rate Zones we have iPad out for student use to change the “beating” heart within the app. • Students are required to label a diagram of the heart for assessment during station work. • Students go through a 12 activity workout for fitness components – after each heart rates are taken and recorded - ?’s include - what else happens to your heart when the # of beats per minute increase?
