Officer Elections • Please send Don Election results! • Young Professional, Lifetime Austin, WIE, AP/MTT, Computer SA, IM, PSE, COM/SP, PHO, • Chapters need leadership • ED15 (no Chair at this moment) • CPMT Chair mentioned that 2014 is inactive and can not find replacement. He does not want to serve as the Chair but can help if someone wants to take a lead. • Other problems (I did not receive IEEE member numbers, or the officer is not an active IEEE member, or not a member of the Society, etc.) • Several chapters

  4. Top Chapters with Most Meetings • Technical meetings for regular chapters • PIPI: 22 • CAS/SSC, COM/SP Austin: 15 • CEDA: 11 • Total meetings for affinity group chapters • CTCN: 22

  5. L31 Red Alerts • 2013 Spring: 6; 2013 Fall: 10 • 2014 Spring: 0; 2014 Fall: 7 • 2015 Spring: 4, 2015 Fall: 7 • 2016 Spring: 5

  6. vTools and L31 Report • vTools • Schedule your meetings, workshops, construct website. • Registration statistics and sign-up sheet. • Filing L31 report is much easier. • Please file L31 reports for all your meetings (including ones you did not schedule with vTools) • 2 technical meetings are required for regular chapters. • Change professional meetings to technical meetings (not PACE funded) • When you create new L31 report from existing ones for a joint meeting, remember to “change your organization units” • Duplicated entries for same event submitted by different people • Do not mark lunch/dinner meeting as “Technical”
