State Assessment • PSSA-a standardized test used to measure a student’s attainment of the states academic standards in Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Science and assist in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of our academic program. • Grade levels tested • Writing- 5 and 8 • Math and Reading- 3-8 • Science- 4 and 8 • Keystone- High school students must complete all their course work within four years and participate in the Keystone exams upon completion of Algebra I, Biology, and Literature.

  23. Local Assessment • Universal Screening- is used to help educators determine if a student is mastering the content presented in the curriculum. • We use the following universal screening tools • DORA, DOMA, and ADAM K-7

  31. How to access the Library 1. Login with your PA Cyber username and password to http://library.pacyber.org/ 2. You can search for general information by subject or grade level. Specific individual searches can be conducted in the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) for physical library holdings, in the eBook section, or in the video section. 3. Any problems or questions should be directed to the Librarian at thelibrary@pacyber.org.

Field Trips • PA Cyber offers a variety of fun, yet education field trips across the state of Pennsylvania. • Each field trip is: • Coordinated for all groups/grades K-12 • Offered to students across the entire Commonwealth • Offered in the Months of September, October, November, December, March, April, May, and early June. • For more information on all upcoming field trips check the field trip pages in blackboard located under the “My Community” tab.
