  2. What is Water Bath • Acontainer of water heated to a given temperature, used for heating substances placed in smaller containers. • In our lab, we use this to heat up the solutions used for cell culturing. • Usually these solutions are heated up to 37°C.

  3. Settings • Temperature and timer settings can be changed by pressing ‘Mode’ and then ‘AT’ and ‘CH’ buttons. • Normal temperature for keeping cell culturing solutions in 37 °C.
