  2. Clothing The clothes were made of alpaca and llama wool. They wore bright colorful sashes. You could tell what rank they are by there clothes.

  3. Shelter There houses were made of rocks and a mud grass mixture. There houses didn’t have any windows. You didn’t have furniture if you were poor.

  4. weapons Some Inca weapons were slingshots, axes, truncheons, and a shield. They used these weapons to kill food. They used weapons in battle.

  5. Art They made pottery that was painted. The basket weavers wove baskets that were very colorful. They made silver llamas to show there gratefulness.

  6. Tools There tools are tambos and chacquitaclla [a type of food plow]. They use these tools for farming the land. Tambo's are rectangular structures that hold supplies.

  7. FOOD The Inca's food is corn, potatoes, coffee, grain ,and llamas. There tools were helpful to crop the corn, grain, and potatoes. The Inca people used tools to farm these crops.

  8. Transportation Llamas were used for transportation. They used the llamas on the roads they built. This helped the Inca people to get around the empire faster.

  9. Environment They lived in the Andes mountains. The Andes mountains are located in south America. The Andes mountains are located in Peru.

  10. What contributions have they made to present day society There contributions are farming, weapons, tools, clothing, and food. We still use weapons to hunt animals for food. We still farm corn, grain, and potatoes.
