TheSecondLeaf TheSecondLeaf.com is a one-stop hub for all-green office supplies and technology, including offerings that are energy-saving, travel-saving, or consisting of pre/post-recycled consumer waste. Additional resources on the user-friendly website include consumer product reviews, product comparisons, and articles providing hints and tips on going green.

  4. ServiceConnect (Mobile-View) ServiceConnect is a cloud based field service management system that features task assignment/management, geo-location, performance reporting, and much more. Being cloud-based, ServiceConnect is highly available, affordable and simple to maintain. Built utilizing HTML, ServiceConnect can be accessed from any smart phone or tablet with Internet capability.  There is no software to download or install and updates are automatic.  This allows managers a hassle-free way to locate and assign tasks to technicians anywhere in the field.

  5. Examples of various ServiceConnect UI’s and a brief explanation of services. • As Chief Architect, Mr. Lord was very involved with the UI/UX design. He also wrote some of the code. He had a team of six.

  6. Global Application management Systems (GAMS) Mr. Lord was contracted by Texas DPS to develop an Enterprise Message Routing Systems (i.e., Store and Forward). This was a $1 million project that involved Law Enforcement agencies from local to federal level (e.g., FBI and Homeland Security).
