Proviral Load Analysis of BLV in Sheep Using GAPDH Probe

This study investigates the proviral load of Bovine Leukemia Virus (BLV) in sheep through quantitative PCR, utilizing a GAPDH probe as a reference. Proviral copies per 1,000 cells were measured presenting values ranging from 0 to 270 arbitrary units. The analysis focused on various proviral targets, including provirus numbers 4533 to 4545.
