Make sure that you check the exact location where the tent would be installed and its ground stability. The ground stability is most important if the tent would be installed near or on the beach. Take note if the location is on or near underground risks wells, sprinkler systems, or septic tanks that could harm you and your guests. In case that your selected location happened to be on a wide lush area, make sure that you communicate with the area’s management. You have to ensure that its sprinkler system’s timers won’t unleash its waterworks right in the middle of your celebration.

  5. When sizing your tent for any event, remember to save a lot of extra space on both its length and width. It would be great if you have at least 10 feet on both sides to allow some space for staking.
