  1. Comfortable seating and the latest technology create an ideal environment for important presentations

  2. Theatre Seating accommodates up to 250 guests in the Lower Ballroom

  3. The Upper Ballroom accommodates over 500 guests with a theatre style set-up.

  4. The Lower Ballroom has a 25’ x 30’ raised and draped stage with professional lighting & sound systems and a 130” screen. Five additional display monitors around the room make your presentation materials clearly visible from all seats.

  5. Blue specialty draping is available to provide the ideal background for videography.

  6. Banquet tables can be set to accommodate up to 400 guests in the Upper Ballroom and up to 200 guests in the Lower Ballroom

  7. Tastefully decorated and spacious lobbies provide ample room for buffet lines and networking during breaks in your activities.

  8. The Upper Ballroom can be divided into different configurations to create smaller rooms for break-out sessions or to separate presentations from dining and socializing. Round tables provide work space for small group collaborations.

  9. A classroom style arrangement is ideal for meetings with multiple handouts or writing requirements.
