  2. Equipment • Helmets • Shoulder, Knee, thigh, hip & butt pads • Whistle • Clock • Gloves • 10 Footballs

  3. Location • Lowery Freshman Center Football Field.

  4. Warm up 8 min • High knees. 1 minute • Frankenstein. 1 ½ minutes • Lunges. 2 minutes • Side lunges. 2 minutes • Running. 1 ½ minutes

  5. Main Workout 45 min • Tackling drills. 5 minutes • Gator roll. 5 minutes • Goal line tackling. 10 minutes • Sideline tackling. 10 minutes • Individual position work out. 15 minute (Defensive back, go over plays, 2 roll, man coverage, & covered 3.)

  6. Cool down 5min • Get Gatorade, and or water • Converse • Stretching 3 minutes
