  1. Strongest marijuana strains 2015 Each and every year there seems to be new strains of marijuana that pop up with different characteristics, different flavors, and different THC levels. This is due to farmers created hybrid strains all the time that can create new and unusual strains that you wouldn’t normally find. We are now over half way through 2015 so let’s take a look at some of the strongest strains that have been out there for this year. If you haven’t heard of them yet, then now you can say you have, and you can get started trying to smoke them to see just how they stake up against your favorites.

  2. Extreme OG. This strain is a cross between Fire OG and Green Robbon BX, and this strain measured in this year at 23 %. It is a nice 70/30 indica blend. There have been reports that it has reached as high as 30% THC, but in the formal tests that are done, it almost reached 24%. Grimace. This potent little strain carries a THC level of 23%. This sativa-dominant strain is a cross between Blackberry Soda, an OG plant and an unknown Haze strain. It happens to carry the flavor of a fruity pop (almost something akin to grape soda) and leaves a floral after taste. It is grown indoors in and the flower will go about eight weeks. Red Dragon. This strain is a cross between a Himalayan Kush and Utopia Haze which is a Brazilian sativa. It is quite the world traveler in its parentage. It carries a THC level of roughly 22 %. With this strain you are sure to get a sweet, fruity aroma, and a mad case of the giggles. It is definitely not for the beginning crowd.

  3. Nexus OG. While the heritage of this particular strain is a mystery the fact that it comes in with a 24% THC level is no mystery at all. Not much else is known about this potent strain. Girl Scout Cookies. Do not be fooled by the name, this is no sweet as cookies strain of cannabis. It is potent, with a THC level of 24%, it is here to pack a punch. It is a cross between OG Kush and Durban Poison, both very potent in their own right. Alien Dawg F2. With a THC level of almost 25%, it is sure to make its mark on you. Alien Tech, a strain for Afghanistan was crossed with ChemDawg to create the very potent Alien Dawg. It may have a slightly bitter taste to it, but if you do not mind, then you will enjoy the other benefits.

  4. Death Star This guy is a potent strain that is a hybrid between Sour Diesel andSensi Star. It is a 80% indica dominant strain that actually has quite a nice balance between both of its parents. It actually has a very pungent, yet sweet skunky odor that is mixed with a fuel smell. It carries about 24% THC content. Guava Chem This indica dominant hybrid of Chem 4 and TresChemdawg brings almost 24% in THC content. Absolute brutal!! Ghost Train Haze Saving the best for last, you have this very potent strain measuring THC levels at almost 28%! It is a cross of Ghost OG and Nevile’s Wreck. It will give you a sour citrus and floral aroma and is most definitely not for beginners. While the year may be half over, there are already plenty of potent strains to try out in the next few months.
