The DeVivo family and “WilliWaste” have served the UConn community for years.  As the university strives to enhance its recycling performance, feedback and suggestions from Willimantic Waste employees has been critical.  Willimantic Waste pairs up with EcoHusky on Earth Day and Move-Out to mobilize hundreds of pounds to recycling destinations.  For the past three Mount Sneaker, the Devivos’ have generously helped organize and transport recycled sneakers as a part of NIKE Reuse-A-Shoe.  Further demonstrating their spirit of improvement and leadership, Willimantic Waste now offers public tours of their facility and encourages community input.
