(= basisgegevens RV) - weging uitkomst door ZV?- 6-10? -gevolg negatieve audit: lagertarief-scholing-heraudit. -heraudit negatief: opzegging contract-geen restitutie ? -website ZV: afscheid genomen wgs. te lage kwaliteit -bij negatieve audit: hoge kosten ( 1200,= per audit) -2012 opnieuw contract bij positieve audit

Discussie beheersaudit/beheerstoets/kwaliefy • Zorgverzekeringswet: Materiele controle op rechtmatigheid en doelmatigheid BV- (vlgs protocol) • Kwaliefy toetst 2011 direct uit DPD • Zonder DPD geen Kwaliefy! ( 30 % ?) • Toetsing Kwaliefy at random • Toetsing op vullen van velden MFH (= RV) • KNGF: transparante kwaliteit: geen beheersaudits in 2012 • ZV: geen beheersaudit als KNGF CKR borgt ( controle op naleving en sancties) • Borging: Kwaliefy?, Audit?, Intercollegiale toetsing?
