  1. Build Your Body Mass and Strength with Weight Lifting Equipment To gain muscle mass and enhance overall strength, you need weightlifting equipment. Cardio workouts and bodyweight exercises can help you reduce fat and maintain your health, but nothing beats weightlifting when it comes to building body mass and increase your overall body strength. Exercising your body using weight lifting equipment increases the number of motor neurons which, in turn, send signals to specific fibre groups. As you lift heavier weights, you will be able to use motor nerves simultaneously as you move and use the more of your muscle fibres at a given moment. Types of weight lifting equipment:  Benches - To target different muscle types, get a bench that provides enough inclination for all your exercises. Combine the use of a barbell (or a pair of dumbbells) to build your chest, triceps, biceps, and back. Some benches even provide a leg rest where you can lock your feet as you do weighted sit-ups.  Circuit training equipment - Have you ever heard about circuit training? This technique can give you a total body workout by using various equipment within a specified amount of time. As your strength continues to grow, you can increase the resistance or amount of load on every machine you use. Some examples of this circuit training machines include multi-stations, pulleys, chest press, leg curl, and total hip machines.  Plated equipment - Plated equipment basically refers to machines that can help you build different muscles sections by increasing the weight attached to it. When you feel no resistance, it is time to add more weight. Muscle areas that are targeted using plated equipment include the chest, legs, latissimus dorsi, and the shoulders. It might make sense to get several types of weight lifting equipment to fully reach your potential. These machines can help develop your overall body mass and increase your strength.
