Logging into Bridgeing Router Type in user name and password a. default username=admin password =admin Or the username and password assigned to the router Open an internet browser and type in the router IP address a. (default=192.168.0.1) Or IP address you assigned to your router View wireless network(s) and connect to bwifi – 0 Or the SSID assigned to the router This is the status page of the Bountiful UI When you are ready to move on click here

  3. Configuring Bridge Mode Type in the Local IP address and the root IP address * Note that with WDS enabled, the Local IP Address of this access point must be different than the root access point. Click on applications and scroll down to WDS-Wireless Distribution System Click on Bridge WDS Mode Enable WDS Type in the Root SSID When you are ready to move on click here

Logging onto the Root AP View wireless network(s) and connect to bwifi – 0 Or the SSID assigned to the router Wait 30 seconds To check to see if the routers have associated continue with the WDS setup by clicking now. This is the status page of the Bountiful UI Open an internet browser and type in the router’s IP address a. (default=192.168.0.1) Or IP address assigned to the router Type in user name and password a. default username=admin password =admin Or the username and password assigned to the router When you are ready to move on click here

  5. Checking Bridge and AP are Associated Click on the status page of the Bountiful UI Scroll down to Wireless and click on View Wireless Clients Notice that the MAC address of the Repeater’s state is UP When you are ready to move on click here

  6. Bridge Your router is now set up in repeater mode Note: No changes will be made to the Root access point, only to the router being set up as a Bridge
