  2. Thank you for considering us for your 8-K filings.The following is a brief demonstration of our 8-K Filer.

  5. Here is a brief outline of 8-K Filer

  6. Your main account page displays any forms that are in progress and forms that have filed live.

  7. Choose a Form to create.

  8. Add Registrantinformation by clicking “Add Registrant”. This information can be saved and reused for other filings.

  9. Enter new Registrant information or load saved Registrant information. 555 Main St. New York

  10. Upload exhibits or correspondence by browsing for your file and clicking “Upload” or continue to Registrants page. Exhibit 99.1 Financials

  11. Next, select any items to include in your filing and click “Next”. ► Item 5.03 requires a fiscal year end in the format Month/Day► 8-K Filer does not accommodate filing of simultaneous obligations under Item 8.01

  12. You can upload an MS Word file by browsing for your file oryou canenter text manually(no copy/paste) Market Index Value Notes Ex-99.2

  14. Click “Yes” and an exhibit index will automatically be created for you.

  15. You can choose to delete the exhibit index or preview your filing.

  16. Here is an HTML preview of your 8-K. You can also view a printable version, create a PDF or create an email with a PDF of your document as an attachment.

  17. If you are satisfied with your 8-K, click “Filing”. You can now transmit as a test, make changes or file live. We recommend a test transmission before you file live.

  18. For the status of your filing click the link listed below. You can now file your 8-K live, make changes to the 8-K or save the 8-K.
