  1. Meet my incredible dear friend and Disrupt-Her SadhviBhagawatiSaraswati

  2. Meet my incredible dear friend and Disrupt-Her @sadhviji - she is one of the leaders at the ParmarthNikethan Ashram in Rishikesh India and has devoted her life to service and making the world a better place (for real!) with her humanitarian work around basic human rights like clean water and sanitation, girls and women’s rights and the environment among other important work. Over the last two plus years, we have gotten much closer and every time I spend time with her, I walk away more centered, more loving and with new important wisdom. She wrote a fantastic book called Come Home To Yourself that I think everyone MUST read, especially during this time of uncertainty.  One of the things that she taught me is how to become as spacious as I can be when I am going through something challenging. She said to think about a pebble being thrown into a glass filled with water - how it would spill over and create a lot of agitation. Then she said to think about throwing the same pebble in the ocean and how it would barely impact it at all. If we can expand ourselves to be like the ocean, we can hold so much more and can expand our capacity to love and have more and more compassion. A beautiful thought among so so many from our conversations and from her book. Follow her and watch her videos and you will be better for it.
