Waarom een informatieplan • GGzE gebruikt het instrument Informatieplan om op beheerste wijze informatie- en communicatietechnologie (ICT) in te zetten ten behoeve van de dienstverlening en de eigen bedrijfsvoering. • Met dit instrument hoopt GGzE erin te slagen de relatieve voorhoedepositie binnen de GGZ sector te handhaven, binnen afgesproken (financiële) kaders

Selectie en implementatie EPCD • Drie fasen • Fase 1: Selectie leverancier / EPCD • Afronding: vierde kwartaal 2003 • Week 38 Toesturen RFP aan leveranciers • Week 39-40 Beantwoorden vragen van leveranciers • Week 43 Demo door leveranciers aan stuurgroep ICT • Week 45 Offerte ingediend door leveranciers • Week 47 Beoordeling offertes door GGzE • Week 49 Bespreking offerte met leverancier van voorkeur • Fase 1 eindigt met de selectie van 1 leverancier t.b.v. pilot fase 2 • Fase 2: Pilot: testen en inrichting • Afronding 2e kwartaal 2004 • EPD wordt in een testomgeving geïmplementeerd. GGzE en leverancier richten het gezamenlijk in op basis van drie casussen die door GGzE zijn opgesteld. Hierna vindt acceptatie plaats door een afvaardiging van de toekomstige gebruikers • Fase 2 eindigt met een definitieve keuze. • Fase 3: Voorbereiden implementatie en uitvoeren Implementatie • 4e kwartaal 2004 pilot implementatie • Begin 2005 volledige implementatie(uiterlijk eind 1e kwartaal afgerond) • Wordt afgesloten na oplevering werkende apparatuur en programmatuur, geschoold personeel en geconverteerde dossier vanuit het huidige EPD IRIS-G
