Introduction Phone Assistant products are intuitive PC-based productivity software applications that converges telephony capabilities with screen based presence, availability, and a variety of collaboration applications to simplify and enhance real-time communications for business users. Phone Assistant applications combine the power of the Panasonic KX-TDA Hybrid IP PBX together with personal computers to provide Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Solutions - allowing intuitive point-n-click operation for personal, team, and business productivity.

  14. Door phone and IP Camera Integration. Better Integration • Panasonic IP cameras can also be integrated with a door phone. When a door phone call is answered, the IP camera tab opens and video from camera feed is displayed. • A door-opener can be controlled from this tab at the press of a button.

  16. Contacts and Directories Easy to use • PBX System Speed Dial directory is available. These are labeled as “Phone Directory”. The list can be sorted for easy access. • Contacts from speed dial lists can be added to personal contact list via ‘Drag & Drop’.

  17. Message Waiting Easy to use • Busy users can be left a ‘Message Waiting Indication’ to alert them that they were being contacted. • When clicked, the Message Waiting Icon opens up to reveal extension number of caller. The option is given to Call Back or delete the message.

IP Soft phone Module (KX-N9101X) Remote/Home worker • IP Softphone is an additional module that can be installed as a plug-in module. • Users that have the module installed can make calls directly from the softphone without the need of a physical phone. • The user’s laptop acts as an IP phone and a built-in Dial pad allows for easy dialing. Licensing Phone Assistant is bundled on a CD or downloaded free from the Dealer Web Site. • From this CD, software can be installed as follows: • PA PRO mode • Full Phone Assistant Pro feature – requires 1 license per user (requires purchase from Dealer) • Licenses available as 1, 5, 10, or 128 user license packs For customer to test Phone Assistant for its features, they can choose: • PA PRO Trial mode • Full Phone Assistant Pro feature –time limit for 60 days from date of installation • Customers purchase License for future use -required after 60 days • Maximum 2 – TDA50, 4 - TDA100/200, 8 - TDA600 PA simultaneous logins allowed • PA Express mode • Phone Assistant Express -limited features with no time limit on use • No License required • Maximum 5 – TDA50, 10 - TDA100/200, 20 - TDA600 PA simultaneous logins allowed Note: License is entered in PA Manager and controlled by PA Server

  48. (1) Phone Assistant Pro PA Pro mode: The maximum number of PA Clients that can be registered to use the full functions of PA after registering licenses. PA Pro Trial mode: The number of PA Clients that can use the full functions of PA during the trial period (60days). PA Express mode: The number of PA Clients that can use limited functions of PA allowed without license registration.

Licensing Licence Registration Sheet • PA Pro License • Example License sheet is shown • To register a licence, you will need the following information. • Registration Number:16 numeric characters that PA Server generates automatically when Licence Type is selected on theLicence Registration screen. • Licence Number:11 alphanumeric characters attached to the software package. • Registration ID:8 alphanumeric characters attached to the software package.Registration Key (KEYCODE):16 numeric characters that is issued by the Panasonic web site.
