  35. لطفن این مطالب یادمان بماند: 1- استیل کولین واسطه شیمیایی کولینرژیک است 2- در بدن بتوسط دو آنزیم تخریب میشود: Acetyl Choline Esterase (AChE) & Butyryl Choline Esterase (ButChE) 3 – استیل کولین مغز در آلزایمر کم میشود. راه زیاد کردن جلوگیری تخریب است. برای جلوگیری از تخریب باید آنزیم ها را وقفه داد با ”ضد کلین استراز ها“. Donepezil: “AChE” inhibitor. Rivastigmine “AChE” + “ButChE” inhibitor 4 – ضمنا گیرنده های نیکوتینی هم داریم که آنها هم در آلزایمر محروم میمانند یعنی نیکوتین کم میآورند. یعنی سیگار بکشد خوب است؟ Galantamine inhibits “AChE” and modulates “nicotine receptors”
