  2. Ethics and selection Is it possible to select the right people in order to avoid future behaviour not in line with the organization values? What could we expect from the selection process?

  3. Ethics and selection We can’t predict human behaviour as we deduce theorems from axioms… …SO… …in an organization unethical behaviour will always exist and we always need to control and to sanction them… …BUT…

  4. Ethics and selection …it is possible during the selection process: to assess the candidates’ aptitude in order to reduce significantly the future behaviour not in line with the organization values to encourage positive behaviour
