  18. Our Hopes for a New Center • Here’s the plan • We’ve purchased 112 acres of land at $7500/acre • Selling home-building lots on 52 acres for an avg. of $20,000/acre • If all goes well, we’ll pay just $1000/acre for final 60 acres!
