  3. Corporate United Review Corporate United Growth and New Members As Corporate United expands into the mid-Atlantic region, our member growth is rapidly approaching 100. This exciting development is being supported by the growth of our infrastructure. In 2006 Corporate United added a contract manager and two member development resources. In 2007 we have already brought on a sourcing operations leader and another member development resource. With plans to add an additional 2-3 people before the end of the year, Corporate United remains committed to investing in our business to support our expanding membership. 3

  5. Corporate United Review Contract Status Update Five of our agreements expire in 2007. Corporate United is currently in the process of reaching out to all participating members to discuss the path forward. • Konica Minolta – Conversations held December and January; renegotiation beginning this month. • Medco – Currently benchmarking other buying groups, member discussions underway. • Volt – Conversations with members taking place this month. • Manpower – Conversations with members taking place this month. • Intercall – Conversations with members currently scheduled for late spring. 5

  8. Corporate United Review Annual Reviews and Data Initiative As reported at the golf outing, Corporate United will be using the annual reviews as a means to collect spend cube information critical to our ability to serve our members. 9

Corporate United Review Annual Reviews & Recommendations In addition to the data collection initiative, our annual reviews will also include status reports on the agreements on which each member is participating along with recommendations on how those contracts can be better utilized. • Demand management • Implementation and compliance • Rebates and incentives • Benchmarking suggestions and opportunities 10

  12. Relocation Services Industry Overview Relocation Services is a large and complex industry that includes a wide variety of suppliers providing a broad array of services. Understanding the current state of the industry puts buyers in the driver’s seat; • Mergers and acquisitions have dramatically impacted the relocation services landscape over the last 5-7 years • Like many industries, a number of providers in this space have experienced recent accounting issues • The increased involvement of procurement groups in the sourcing and management of this category has altered the market • We are in the midst of an upswing in the market, this rise in demand is having an effect on corporate buyers 13

Relocation Services Goals and Objectives After significant research and several trials in specific areas of relocation, Corporate United undertook an initiative in 2006 to achieve the following; • Develop the most comprehensive corporate relocation services program possible • Negotiate transparent and highly competitive pricing structures • Manage a network of best-in-class service providers dedicated to superior performance • Leverage the expertise of experienced professionals to add ongoing value to the program 14
