Where are we going with this? • All UA Programs will be mapped into career clusters, recognizing programs can be mapped into multiple clusters for promotional purposes. • As potential students become more aware of career options & recommended preparation, they are more likely to succeed! • UA can begin tracking alumni employment by program & career cluster, highlighting UA’s contribution to economic development in Alaska to demonstrate student success through placement in program-related industries.
