Department of Mathematics and Informatics, University of Veliko Tarnovo “St. St. Cyril and Methodius”, Bulgaria The work was supported partially by the Bulgarian National Science Fund under Grant KIN-1009/2006

2 The work was supported partially by the Bulgarian National Science Fund under Grant KIN-1009/2006

3 The work was supported partially by the Bulgarian National Science Fund under Grant KIN-1009/2006

The work was supported partially by the Bulgarian National Science Fund under Grant KIN-1009/2006

(FLWT – fast lifting wavelet transform) 10 The work was supported partially by the Bulgarian National Science Fund under Grant KIN-1009/2006

11 The work was supported partially by the Bulgarian National Science Fund under Grant KIN-1009/2006
