International Post-Graduate Program in Human Security • Started in April 2005 • It is a joint educational project that 4 Graduate Schools of the University put into practice • Taught totally in English medium (very rear in Japan) • The main purpose of this project is to construct an international society where people could be blessed a stable life, with human security.
