  13. Antioxidants - Red Tomatoes -Lycopene, lutein, zexnthin. It control cholesterol, diabetes and reduces the risk of breast cancer (Giovannucci, 1999).Apple - Quercetin, kethins. It has an anti tumor effect.Beet Root – Betacyanin, potassium, sodium, magnesium and iron. It reduces the risk of heart disease, bronchitis and cancer.
