Notes to date • 1 email on a small correction from CNES • ERPANet OAIS tutorial meeting had comments • Older RIDS e.g. lack of reference to Web Services • Migration and Federation sections could be expanded • Knowledge vs Information definition? • Preservation metadata (PDI) expansion? PREMIS work? • It was agreed that we should not try to drill down into more detail; we should try to identify gaps at the current general level of detail of the OAIS Reference Model. • Keep about same level of abstraction • What about ‘processing’ activities? • Are there obsolete materials? Roadmap? Examples? Annex A? • Should Annex A be updated? Be a companion document? • Try to avoid specifying any ‘technologies’ • Updates to migration /emulation concepts? • Tutorial document with examples updated? • Keep continuity with current document, reflecting current users
