Investigating Depoling Behavior in Fe-Doped NBT Through Property Measurements

This study explores the depoling behavior of 1% Fe-doped NBT by measuring the piezoelectric constant as a function of temperature in both in situ and ex situ conditions. X-ray diffraction patterns of undoped and doped samples illustrate structural changes related to temperature variations. Additionally, the permittivity and loss are analyzed for both poled and unpoled samples, providing insights into the material's dielectric properties and their relationship with doping and temperature effects.

  1. Understanding depoling behavior through property and structure measurements of Fe-doped NBT Piezoelectric constant measured as a function of temperature both in situ (a) and ex situ (b). X-ray diffraction patterns measured as a function of temperature for undoped (a) and 1% Fe-doped (b) NBT. Permittivity and loss measured as a function of temperature measured for poled and unpoled samples.
