  1. Supplier Enquiries Log in to ABW with you Aberystwyth University Username The Domain is PAU The Password is your usual Aberystwyth University Password

  2. Select Reports

  3. Select Global Reports Select Departmental Reports Select Supplier & PO Query Select Supplier Details

  4. Enter details to be searched. If you do not know the full name use * on either side of partial details Select Search Button

  5. Make a note of supplier ID

  6. Return to main screen and select Supplier transactions

  7. Enter Supplier ID Select Search

  8. Any transactions without a pay date are awaiting payment The due date for payment can be seen in this column
