  2. Because of a cold climate Zhenya often was sick, therefore in summer of 1985 the family Plushchenko moved to Volgograd Everybodyknows who Evgeny Plushchenko is. He was born on November 3, 1982 in a town Urgal of Khabarovsk region.

  3. In 1987 at the age of five years Zhenya was wrote to a section of figure skating.

  4. When Plushchenko was 11 years, school of figure skating in Volgograd closed, and in 1993 the coach Michael Makoveev brought Zhenya to St. Petersburg to Alexey Mishin

  5. In 1996, when he was 13 years, he became sixth on a world championship among youth in Australia

  6. In 1997 he won the youth world championship in Southern Korea and became the youngest champion for all history of figure skating. During the following season Evgeny already debuted on adult championships of Europe and pattern. A year later Plushenko look silver on championships of Europe. His first Olympic in Salt-Lake-City brought him the second place - Evgeny was bypassed Alexey Yagudin.

  7. But has not done without failures in life of the ice-skater. At first he was severely damaged a dextral elbow, and this injury long did not give him rest, resembling about itself by a pain in the most improper moment.

  8. Plushenko is the champion of Russia for six times

  9. Then received some more injures. All loads, injures and worrying did not passed in middle of May, he appeared in reanimation of one of the Moscow hospitals with the diagnosis " a two-sided pneumonia and otitis ".
