Business news • “Positives” of government shutdown • A shutdown would be less costly than a default • Find out which party America supports • Congress might go back to working like in the past • Profiting from shutdown • “Find companies that do a lot of business with the government and then buy puts—contracts for the right to sell a company’s shares at a certain price in a certain time period.”

How to dress for a professional interview • MEN • Suit (solid color- navy, black or dark grey) • Long sleeve shirt (white or coordinated with suit) • Tie (not too flashy) • Belt (matches shoes) • Dark socks, conservative leather shoes • Neat, professional hairstyle • Limit the aftershave • Trimmed nails • WOMEN • Suit (navy, black or dark grey) • Suit skirt should be long enough that you can sit down comfortably • Coordinated blouse • Conservative, closed-toe shoes • Limited jewelry (no dangling earrings or arm full of bracelets) • Professional hairstyle (bun or ponytail) • Light make-up and perfume • Neatly manicured, clean nails
