  2. mClass • Benchmark is given 3 times a year (BOY, MOY, and EOY) • Reading and math tests

  3. Reading 3-D Composite Score deficit or high risk emerging or some risk established or low risk Students are given 60 seconds to complete each test except the reading (TRC) portion. Students are given a composite score based on all of the components which is then converted into a color (red, yellow, or green).

  4. LNF (Letter Naming Fluency) • Goal: 8 and above • FSF (First Sound Fluency) • Goal: 8 and above • TRC (Text Reading and Comprehension) • Goal: Proficient with print concepts and reading behaviors Reading Tests for BOY

LNF (Letter Naming Fluency) • Goal: 27 and above • FSF (First Sound Fluency) • Goal: 24 and above • PSF (Phoneme Segmentation Fluency) • Goal: 18 and above • NWF (Nonsense Word Fluency) • Goal: 13 and above • TRC (Text Reading and Comprehension) • Goal: Proficient with print concepts and reading behaviors Reading Tests for MOY

  6. FSF (First Sound Fluency) • Goal: 24 and above • PSF (Phoneme Segmentation Fluency) • Goal: 35 and above • NWF (Nonsense Word Fluency) • Goal: 25 and above • TRC (Text Reading and Comprehension) • Goal: Level B Reading Tests for EOY

  7. Math Composite Score deficit or high risk emerging or some risk established or low risk Students are given 60 seconds to complete each test. Students are given a composite score based on all of the components which is then converted into a color (red, yellow, or green).

  8. Counting • Goal: 60 or above • Number Identification • Goal: 20 and above • Missing Number • Goal: 7 and above • Quantity Discrimination • Goal: 20 and above Math Tests for BOY

  9. Counting • Goal: 83 or above • Number Identification • Goal: 31 and above • Missing Number • Goal: 13 and above • Quantity Discrimination • Goal: 25 and above Math Tests for EOY

  10. Counting • Goal: 70 or above • Number Identification • Goal: 25 and above • Missing Number • Goal: 10 and above • Quantity Discrimination • Goal: 23 and above Math Tests for MOY

  11. Success Time • 20 minutes a day • Students are placed in small groups based on mClass scores • Focus is on skills the students need to work

  12. Report Cards • Sent home every 9 weeks • First year to use this format • Aligned with the Common Core Standards

  13. RDS • Grades will be posted every quarter • Kindergarten uses this program differently

  14. Planners • As of now, these are used for behavior • We will utilize these in different ways as the year progresses
