  5. Komst van EASA. • LCO  FIE en Senior • Toelating: Acceptatie, cursus, examen. • Verlenging: Elke 3 jaar controle/examen. • Overdracht. • Ervaring doorgeven, begeleiding etc. Huidige situatie 2 Versnelling van aanvulling lijkt wenselijk ! 10~20 % ?? CIV-DT

  6. Wensen • Aanmelding: LCO & CI • Jonger dan 55 jaar. • Algemene eisen blijven van kracht. • onbesproken gedrag. • minimaal 6 jaar VOL en/of VOS • succesvol als mentor ( ≥ 3 kandidaten) • etc. CIV-DT

  7. Actief instructeur. • Examinator GPL / VO, Theorie / Praktijk. • Standaard: Conformeren, Bijhouden, Beïnvloeden. • LCO, LCO / CI vergadering. • Werk. • Veiligheidsbewust. • ? Audits ? Wat wordt verwacht van een LCO? CIV-DT

  8. Geen bekroning op jarenlange trouwe dienst. • Niet verbonden aan een vereniging. • Wedstrijdvlieger is niet voldoende. • nvt: Status, belangrijk, aanzien, erbij horen etc. • Werk. • ? Auditeur ? Ter aanvulling CIV-DT
