  3. Customer Choice – Current Status Currently*, there are 18 different suppliers serving Allegheny Power customers: * As of April 1, 2009

  4. Electric Suppliers Must be Licensed by the PSC and Registered with Allegheny Power Currently*, there are 21 registered suppliers with Allegheny Power: * As of April 1, 2009

  5. Every Supplier seeking to sell electricity in Allegheny Power’s service territory, must deliver a completed Electricity Supplier Registration Package • A completed Registration Form • A signed Supplier Coordination Agreement • Scheduling Coordinator Designation Form (if applicable) • A completed EDI Trading Partner Agreement • A completed Credit Application Form • A completed Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization Agreement (consolidated billing only) • Proof that the Electricity Supplier has obtained a license from the Commission • Proof that the Electricity Supplier is signatory to applicable PJM agreements either directly or through a Scheduling Coordinator

Secured Supplier websites have been set up for each individual AP Supplier • You will be prompted for a username and password • You can only receive the supplier-name, username and password from the AP Administrative team • There are no direct links to these sites • You can only access the site by typing the following directly into the address line: https://www01.alleghenypower.com/supplier-name
