PROJECT OBJECTIVES To provide assistance for reintegration through three lines of action: a) Institutional and Community Sphere; b) Education, Health, and Comprehensive Development Sphere; and c) Social and Family Sphere. COMPONENTS a) Return of boys, girls, and adolescents to their communities of origin and family reunification; b) Socialreintegration; c) Prevention in communities and schools; d) Research and monitoring.

  4. TARGET GROUP Boys, Girls, and Adolescents Returned by Air from the US PERIOD JANUARY 2010 – OCTOBER 2011

  5. ACTIONS UNDER PHASE I • A pilot plan for the reintegration of unaccompanied migrant boys, girls, and adolescents 52 boys, girls, and adolescents as direct beneficiaries in inclusion into public services with pilot reintegration of RAC.

  6. ACTIONS UNDER PHASE II • Continuity in providing assistance to 12 boys, girls, and adolescents -INCLUSION INTO THE PROTECTION SYSTEM -ACCOMPANIMENT OF FAMILIES -RESTITUTION OF RIGHTS • Local capacity-building Training on human rights for staff from ISNA, Education, and RAC

  7. Sustainability • ASSISTANCE WITH A SUBSYSTEM AND AN AD HOC PROGRAMME • FROM PROGRAMME TO POLICY: STRENGTHENING RAC AND THE LOCAL RIGHTS SYSTEMS • PREVENTING MIGRATION OF WOMEN WITH AN APPROACH OF PREVENTING TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS

  8. PROGRESS • Highlighting migration of boys, girls, and adolescents as a matter of HUMAN RIGHTS. • Demystifying the acceptance of irregular migration in the community sphere. • Special protection. Sui generis assistance for migrant boys, girls, and adolescents.

  10. FINAL REFLECTIONS Technical cooperation for capacity-building of public institutions. PUBLIC ACTORS SHOULD NOT BE REPLACED. Assistance for migrant boys, girls, and adolescents based on the local rights systems and RAC. The inclusion approach determines the effectiveness of the assistance for returned boys, girls, and adolescents.
