Luscious Jacket Potato • Ingredients: • 2 Large Potatoes • Tuna ( ½ A TIN) • ¼ Yellow and ¼ red peppers • Mixed Herbs seasoning (2 TEA SPOONS) • Oil (1 TABLE SPOON) • Resources: • A small pot • A baking tray • A knife • A wooden spoon • A mixing bowl • Tin-opener • Method: • Step One; • - Heat the stove to 6 (electric oven) • Cut the yellow and red peppers into small pieces • Open the tuna with the tin-opener • Add a table spoon of oil • add the peppers and tuna together ( Leave for 5 minutes (but don’t let it stick) • Step Two; • Heat the oven to 150 (electric oven) • Leave the oven for about 10mintues to heat • Cut an ‘X’ on the potatoes • Once the 10 minutes in up place the potatoes on a tray and put in the middle of the oven. (leave for 45min) • Step Three; • Heat the tuna to as hot as you would like it • Once the potatoes are cooked spread the potato open big enough for the tuna to fit • Now your finished product that you can eat!
