  14. Little League World Series • The Little League World Series is a unique sporting event where dreams come true. Families, friends and tourists come together to witness the magical play by our youth from all over the world. Friendships are created, hearts are broken, and the sport of baseball is played for fun. “Of the more than 1,500 officials from around the world that apply to officiate at the LLWS each year, only 16 earn the nod. In fact, less than 1,000 men have officiated at the tournament over its 64-year history” (Cook,2010)

  15. Little League World Series (cont.) This once in a lifetime experience is a great destination for a family to enjoy a day or week of play and fun competition. The town of Williamsport is one I will look to visit with my son in the future to experience the Little League World Series.
