  1. Evaporator Cleaner System “Keep it Clean” Cleaning system for your vehicle

  2. Contents 1. Introduction 2. Product 3. Process 4. Benefits 5. What next

  3. 1. Introduction • Many governments and health agencies are very concerned about respiratory allergies that are caused from “sick air” derived from contaminated HVAC systems (HVAC: Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning system) • Ozone generators and foggers may change or cover the smell, but nothing is removed. (Refer to bottle) • The only way for fresh air to enter your car-through the auto ventilation system. When you run your ventilation system, either for heating or cooling, air passes through the evaporator core • Contaminants ,spores, mould, bacteria colonies are nurtured and assist to contaminate the air in the vehicle • As of today, the bad odors has been taken for granted whenever heating or cooling in your ventilation system which is astonishing to see that the bad smell is noxious and hazardous. • Only DWD2 Cleaning System eliminates a variety of bacteria and contaminants in the evaporator core with strong effect. • (Insert Video clip – picture of vent can)

  4. 2. DWD2 Product 1 4 3 2 5 6

  5. 2. DWD2 Product • DW2 system is supplied to a many Manufacturers • Hyundai Motors • Kia Motors • GM Daewoo • Ssangyong Motors • Other imported car stations (BMW, Volvo, Lexus etc)

  6. 3. DWD2 Process Why Target the Evaporator Core? 1st Blower 2nd Evaporator 3rd Heater Core Nozzle • Illustration of a typical ventilation system in three components • The 1stBlower component pulls air from outside air from vents and re-circulates inside the cabin. • The 2nd Evaporator Core component which is a small radiator when the A/C is on. It radiates cold and • sweats condensation and traps airborne contaminants on the incoming face, fins and surround • *The 3rd Heater core component which makes heating with intake air through Evaporator Core

  7. 3. DWD2 Process BEFORE DWD2 If your vehicle has a repulsive or damp odor, your cabin environment is CONTAMINATED. Conventional treatment means your mechanic sprays air freshener into the vents or inside the vehicle, at a cost of $45. You MASK the odor. The contaminants still remain.. DURING DWD2The cleaning solution must reach the entire evaporator core which you cannot just spray something into the vent chamber. Therefore, we must use DWD2 foam to fill the chamber. As the fan blows the CLEANING FOAM through the entire evaporator, it removes the contaminants and debris along with it. AFTER DWD2It is quick and easy! The photo is the same evaporator as above after being cleaned with DWD2 Evaporator Cleaner. PROTECT YOURSELF NOW. Use DWD2 Evaporator Cleaner at least twice each year.

  8. 4. DWD2 Benefits sterilize deodorize cooling ventilation • Increase the • cooling efficiency • of the Air Conditioning • System by deleting • dust, oil droplets and • contaminants • Enlarge the air intake • Allowing your vehicle • to be more fuel • efficient • Increase the airflow into • the system by deleting • dust, oil droplets and • contaminants • (Summer : cool & refreshing) • (Winter : warm & refreshing) • * Destroying bacteria, • mold & spore • at evaporator with effect • Reducing the chance • of breathing “sick air” • Increase your defense • against respiratory • Infection • Report to be included??? • Eliminate bad • odors • Freshen up the • cabin space you • inhabit • (What else???)

  9. 5. DWD2 Next Steps • Undertake a fleet trial (100 cans) • Provide detailed working instructions • Obtain a long term commitment

  10. 4. DWD2 Working Instruction(1) 1. Start engine and set the blower on “HIGH” & the A/C on “COLD” (About 10 Minutes) ④ (Condition) ① A/C ON ② Intake of Air Flow ③ Air flow to the Front ④ Maximum Fan ⑤ Maximum Cooling ③ ⑤ ① ② * Before Cleaning, condense water inside the evaporator core. Fitting instructions not with main presentation As the moisture makes it easier to wash out with DWD2 foam ① ② ⑤ ④ ③ 2. To take out the A/C filter, open the glove box in front of PASSENGER seat • In case of without A/C filters, no need to take out the glove box

  11. 4. DWD2 Working Instruction(2) 3. Note the layout of the system you’re working on. Once identify the blower and the evaporator core, drill a 4.7mm hole between the two at the mouth of the blower assembly. Drill only far enough to break the skin of the evaporator case. (condition) ① Without drill, make a hole with screw 4.5mm) and put Nozzle as below picture. ② Please note the drilling position is different as per cars which need to identify the correct position. The direction of injection holes on the nozzle Fitting instructions not with main presentation • The direction of injection holes on Nozzle 4. Connect Adapter, Tube & Nozzle which fixed on drilling position. (Condition) ① Cover the floor with cloth/cleaning towel as picture, not to be dirty on the mat Tube * Connection : DWD2 Adapter Tube Nozzle Adapter

  12. 4. DWD2 Working Instruction(3) 5. Cover ECU.TCU with Cloth/Cleaning towel to protect the system (Condition) ① Based on Maintenance Direction, take out the cover. ② Wrap or cover the ECU.TCU area Protect the Computer system Of ECU.TCU • * This application only for the cars which contains ECU.TCU under the Audio System beside Evaporator core. • The cleaning liquids may flow into ECU.TCU area. In case of any disorder, make ECU.TCU dry which run in normal condition. Fitting instructions not with main presentation 6. Start engine like the same condition No.1 & inject DWD2 Cleaning foam until the can is empty. (Condition) ① A/C ON ② Intake of Air Flow ③ Air flow to the Front ④ Maximum Fan ⑤ Maximum Cooling Push can of DWD2 like arrow • * Shake well and push can of DWD2 against the adapter. • During injection, in case of any noise, stop injection and then inject continuously. (which DWD2 is backing into the blower assembly) • * After the can is emptied, continue to operate the system for an additional 35-45 seconds to force foam into the fins of the evaporator core. Then, turn off the engine and wait for 10-12 minutes for cleaning.

  13. PHOTO REVIEW • Please see the below photo for DWD2 nozzle filter After sealing with duck tape, drilling A hole Fitting instructions not with main presentation Motor blower Put the nozzle into the hole And keep nozzle hole toward To evaporator Heater Resistance Evaporator Heater Resistance Take out the screw With cross driver tool Take out heater resistance

  14. 4. DWD2 Working Instruction(4) 7. Take out the nozzle & kit and seal the drill hole with plug. Plug on the drill hole * Placing plug into the drill hole loose-fitting needs sealant to be fixed. * Loose-fitting may cause a delicate sound of wind in driving. Fitting instructions not with main presentation 8. Restart the engine and set the same A/C system like no.1 with the blower on “HIGH”, the A/C on “COLD” for 10 minutes. Turn the engine off and let it sit for 30 minutes. Any foam left in the system will completely dissipate in that time. Recommendable Washing Out Repeat every 10 minute ① Engine ON ② A/C ON ③ INTAKE OF AIR FLOW ④ AIR FLOW TO THE FRONT ⑤ MAXIMUM FAN ⑥ MAXIMUM COOLING ① Engine ON ② A/C ON ③ INTAKE OF AIR FLOW ④ AIR FLOW TO THE FRONT ⑤ MAXIMUM FAN ⑥ MAXIMUM WARMING
